MCA Legal
Roy van den Munckhof, founder of MCA Legal, has graduated from Nijmegen University, where he studied Dutch Law. During his studies, he has specialised in company law, securities law and competition law. He worked at the Law Centre of Venlo and at Holland Van Gijzen Lawyers, Amsterdam. For the latter firm, he wrote a schedule book on stock market quotation procedures. Before founding MCA Legal, he worked at Strik Attorneys at Law and Tax Advisors, Amsterdam, as a senior international lawyer.
Roy's legal specializations are national and international business law and contract law. Within these areas of expertise, he seeks to explore and deploy less-known (mainly tax driven) legal opportunities. He is currently setting up a real estate project in Slovakia. He is member of the Amsterdam Bar Association, the Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats (AIJA) as well as Ecademy. He has published several articles on company law and foundation law. Roy van den Munckhof has over 6 years of legal work experience.
