Correspondent firms

MCA Legal trusts upon a worldwide network of lawyers, tax experts, notaries, accountants and consultants who have been selected on the basis of their high level of quality and drive to provide good service. The philosophy of MCA Legal is to cooperate with those who have attained these levels of quality and service while still being in the position to charge reasonable fees. That philosophy is based on two assumptions. Firstly, most clients really are not interested in paying for the abundant marble their attorneys' office is decorated (or constructed) with. Secondly, it really does not take an attorney with a marble office to be given quality advice or assistance.
MCA Legal requests the services of other tax advisors, notaries, attorneys at law and administrators whenever (and only when) a different sort of specialist expertise is required. Our continuous goal is to be able to act as a one-stop-shop law office. Whereas many requested services can be provided by MCA Legal itself, no client of MCA Legal needs to worry about taking his other cases and questions to other advisors. MCA Legal will know the right person to deal with it and will not charge extra for the outsourcing.

In the Netherlands, MCA Legal's primary correspondent firm of tax advisors is Infintax. MCA Legal is pleased to work together with the dedicated professionals Messrs Guus Poelen and Willem Kuiper who operate and manage this firm. In Slovakia, MCA Legal's second key hub, MCA Legal's primary correspondent law firm is the Law Office JUDr. Tomás Borec (legal), established in the country's capital, Bratislava. This firm is operated and managed by the experienced lawyer Mr Tomás Borec.
